As of Summer 2010, 44% of our 87,000 online subscribers work as in-house facilities managers, real estate professionals, designers or in corporate management. An additional 22% are either facilities management or specialty consultants (many of these may have been former facilities managers and/or offer FM outsourcing services and therefore are functioning in a role similar to that of an in-house FM). Six percent are FM teachers or students, and another 6% are suppliers or vendors of products or construction services; an additional 2% represent outside design firms. The remaining 21% are from a variety of other areas.

Although most of our subscribers (61%) are from the United States, FMLink has subscribers from all over the world, including 12% from the UK, 5% from Canada, and 3% each from Australia and India. Malaysia, Netherlands, South Africa, Singapore and United Arab Emigrates are also among the top subscribers' countries. Over 180 countries are represented, covering six continents.

FMLink has a higher percentage of its daily visitors from the United States (68%) than those who have registered from the U.S. (61%). Our second highest percentage of daily visitors is from the United Kingdom and Australia, followed by France and China. Then come India, Singapore and the United Arab Emigrates.

Our ten largest groups of in-house facilities and real property managers work for the following types of organizations, respectively:

The in-house professionals manage a wide range of building types. Most (60%) manage office buildings; these are followed by academic facilities, medical facilities and data centers, and warehouse/storage and residential (multi-family).

Our average repeat visitor comes to FMLink more than once each week, and spends more than nine minutes per visit looking at the more than 12,000 pages of content. FMLink has had over 600,000 unique visitors over the past twelve months.

In terms of square footage managed, the in-house subscribers manage a wide range, from less than 50,000 sq. ft. to more than 20 million sq. ft. Nineteen percent of FMLink's subscribers manage between 250,000 and 1 million sq. ft.; an additional 27% manage over one million square sq.ft. (including 7% over 20 million sq. ft.).
