Adhancer from Advance provides one-pass cleaning and preservation for hard floors

Advance's Rider Adhancer hard-floor maintenance system combines sweeping, washing and preserving floor finish in one cleaning pass.

April 23, 2008—The new Rider Adhancer hard-floor maintenance system from Advance combines sweeping, washing and preserving in one cleaning pass, eliminating the need for multiple machines and frequent scrub-and-recoat cycles, says the company.

The Adhancer is designed to maintain the cleanliness of floors with one-step ease and without degrading the gloss or clarity of the floor finish. This makes the Rider Adhancer system ideal for daily cleaning of modern finished floors, stone, terrazzo, marble, sheet vinyl, epoxy and polished concrete.

Using the Rider Adhancer, operators can maintain up to 53,500 square feet per hour, making the machine ideal for applications with large areas of finished floor such as shopping malls and large retail stores, hospitals and healthcare facilities, supermarkets and educational facilities, says the company.

The Rider Adhancer one-pass maintenance system was designed to meet green cleaning standards. The machine features the touch-free AXP on-board detergent dispensing system which minimizes chemical and water usage while increasing productivity. The Adhancer system can use any brand of detergent, including Advance's Green Seal-certified AXP Adhancing Agent, recommended for optimum results. In addition, the one-step process allows facilities to use less floor finish and stripper, and contributes to extended surface life for floors.
