Formerly known as the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), ASSP is a global association for occupational safety and health (OSH) professionals that has supported efforts to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses and fatalities for over 100 years. ASSP provides education, advocacy, standards development and a professional community. Appraisal Institute

The Appraisal Institute, a global membership association of professional real estate appraisers, provides a wide range of resources and professional education programs. The Appraisal Institute confers the MAI, SRPA and SRA designations as marks of excellence in the field of real estate valuation and analysis. The MAI and SRPA designations indicate experience in commercial valuation, including industrial, retail and multifamily properties. The SRA designation indicates experience in residential valuation.
