Using the same proprietary thyme oil active ingredient that the company’s Benefect Disinfectant and other products are known for, the new wipe format is designed to make effective cleaning and disinfecting fast and easy.
The Disinfectant Wipes are registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to kill 99.99% of bacteria in 30 seconds. They are also said to be effective against other common disease-causing organisms such as Staph, Salmonella, Pseudomonas, E. coli and influenza (flu virus).
The wipes are made to control germs by disinfecting high-touch areas in residential or commercial cleaning. The convenient single-use wipe is designed to prevent cross-contamination on any surface where germ control could be an issue.
The Botanical Disinfectant Wipes are said to be ideal for general cleaning in both residential and commercial environments such as offices, health care facilities, food preparation areas, chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics, fitness gyms, spas, schools and daycare centers.
Benefect says the wipes are suitable for many surfaces including metals, glass, wood, laminates, latex, plastics, concrete and fiberglass.
