September 27, 2002—20-20 Technologies Inc., following the acquisition of CAP Inc., a provider of technology solutions to the commercial contract furniture market, has announced that it is regrouping its commercial North American sales and customer support activities, along with its data creation and maintenance activities, in its Grand Rapids and Milwaukee offices.
20-20 also announces the organizational structure of its commercial management team. As part of its overall business plan, 20-20s Denver (formerly Aritek and e-Furn) and Jacksonville offices (formerly Intellicon) will be fully integrated into its worldwide Development and Operations team, as specialized R&D facilities. The R&D teams from Denver, Jacksonville, and Grand Rapids will thus become part of the global 20-20 Technologies Development and Operations team.
At this time, data creation and maintenance of both catalogs and graphics for GIZA and CAP will continue to be developed in the Milwaukee and Grand Rapids facilities.
