February 25, 2008—Ricci D. Null, the president and CEO of First National Panel Co.(FNPN), has announced the findings of an independent analysis of the overall structural integrity of FNPN pre-cast lightweight concrete panels for interior/exterior walls used in light commercial and residential building. Null said FNPN set a new standard.
In fact, according to the study, 300+ mph winds are no match for the innovative FNPN panels.
The study, prepared by Ron E. Turcotte, PhD (Engineering-Physics) of Fixxit Consulting Corporation, states further that homes constructed with the “top-down anchoring system that FNPN employs … can withstand 200+ mph sustained winds … while the individual walls can withstand 300+ mph sustained winds.”
The company plans to aggressively seek out new channels of distribution to provide its products to natural disaster areas like the Gulf Coast and Greensburg, KS. For more information and to read the full report, visit the FMPN Web site.
