July 22, 2005—Steril-Aire, Inc., has announced that it has been registered by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000 Series Standards. Specifically, UL has certified that the Quality Management System in Steril-Aire’s Burbank, Calif., facility is in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 (File No. A13253).
Steril-Aire is a leading manufacturer of ultraviolet-C (UVC) devices for HVAC and food processing applications. The company holds multiple patents for the devices, which offer increased output in cold and/or moving air environments, for germicidal performance and extended service life.
