January 8, 2003—ABM Engineering Services, one of the nation’s largest providers of on-site operating engineers and a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Inc., has been contracted by the California Health and Human Services Agency Data Center (HHSDC) to provide engineering and operational services for the entire facility. The contract allows the HHSDC to terminate maintenance contracts with other vendors and consolidate all of its engineering service contracts with ABM.
