May 2, 2003—Affiliated Building Services, Inc. (ABS) has been awarded a contract to provide operations and maintenance of the Delta Air Lines Baggage Handling System at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Over 40 ABS employees will operate and maintain the state-of-the-art system that connects three concourse buildings to the main terminal. In addition to maintaining the baggage handling system, the scope of services includes providing support to the terminal operations control room and induction agent units.
The ABS-Delta Air Lines relationship began in 1981 and has continued for more than 20 years.
