November 10, 2004—The latest addition to Alarm Lock Systems’ Trilogy line of locks provides concealed electronics for ultra-durability, vandal resistance, and dependability even in demanding or high-traffic locales. The new PL3000 Prox-reader, Keypad-less lock accepts up to 2000 Prox IDs and is weatherproof for indoor or outdoor applications.
The PL3000 allows programming of users, authority levels, and up to 500 lock/unlock events via Alarm Lock Windows-based PC software or with a portable programmer (AL-DTM II). The Prox Card enrollment mode allows for easy enrollment of user IDs directly at the lock.
With a 40,000-event audit trail log printable at PC or wireless handheld printer (ALIR1), all movements throughout the building can be captured and traced. The mechanical key override uses standard knob in key cylinder (supplied). IC core models are also available.
The PL3000 will be available for purchase in December 2004. For more information visit online or contact Alarm Lock Customer Service at 800-ALA-LOCK.
