AMEC has secured a two-year extension to its mechanical and electrical contract with the London Underwriting Centre, home of the company insurance and reinsurance market. The contract was renewed in May and is valued at just over one million pounds for the property, which covers an area of some 300,000 square feet.
AMEC provides a team of 11 staff, which undertake management, operation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and Help Desk services to the LUC and its many tenants. In addition, AMEC also provides specialist support, including water treatment, health and safety, and technical advice to the London Underwriting Centre.
