Nomura International, one of the worlds leading investment banks has selected AMEC, an international engineering solutions company, to supply fabric maintenance and mechanical & electrical services to five of their sites, including the European Headquarters at Nomura House. All five sites are in London and a team of 22 will be providing 24/7 cover to the business critical sites.
The contract incorporates a performance related measurement scheme, which involves a wide range of service level agreements.
AMEC will provide a planned and reactive mechanical and electrical service as well as building fabric and informal moves and changes on all five sites.
