Andersen report identifies long-term implications of California energy crisis

A new Andersen report identifies eight overriding implications emanating from the Western energy crisis that are shaping the longer-term operations of the Western grid, the regional and national economy, domestic energy policy and the industry’s evolution. Chief among these implications are increased deregulation uncertainty and economic softness.
