Archibus Inc. and Siemens Medical Solutions have formed a business partnership that will incorporate Archibus/FM products into Siemens Integrated Service Management module. This allows Siemens to schedule, track and analyze both reactive and preventive maintenance on medical equipment and other physical assets.
In addition, Siemens becomes an authorized international dealer of Archibus/FM products. Siemens will provide full sales, installation, and support services to healthcare organizations globally. Currently, Archibus/FM is installed at several Siemens-managed healthcare institutions in the US and Germany.
Archibus/FM is the latest product suite designed to complement Siemens service management solution in the area of medical equipment. Based in Erlangen, Germany, Siemens Medical Solutions is one of the largest suppliers of medical technologies in the world.
