“Arcom debuts two spec systems: one for interiors, one for small construction “

For the first time, says Arcom Master Systems, a comprehensive, automated construction specification system called Interior Design has been created especially for the interior design professional. It has more then 75 short-form master specification sections in CSI format for the office and retail as well as hospitality, institutional, and commercial build-outs. Committees of practicing interior design and specification professionals such as IIDA, ASID, and AIA members regularly review it.

A second entry by Arcom, Short Form, is an abridged version of Masterspec, a comprehensive and widely used master guide specification system for the US building industry. The moderately priced Short Form specification system is designed for less complex design/bid/build projects as well as projects/scenarios that include design-build, facilities management, shell build-outs, remodeling and renovation, and in-house building programs. Masterspec, a product of American Institute of Architects, is produced and distributed by Arcom Master Systems. Visit www.arcom.com for further details.
