Arconas launches two public seating systems at NeoCon ’06

June 26, 2006—Arconas has launched two seating systems at the NeoCon World’s Trade Fair, at The Merchandise Mart in Chicago.

Bernu Aero is a high performance modular public seating system designed for flexibility, longevity, ease of installation and low maintenance. The die-cast aluminum structure ensures durability, while the innovative peg assembly system simplifies installation and maintenance.

Bernu Aero is available in 2 to 5 seat linear beam units, curved beam units, with tables, loop or cantilever arms. The curved beam units can be ganged together to create dynamic curvilinear seating configurations, says the company.

The Connex curvilinear modular lounge seating system is designed to meet the high performance demands of public waiting areas, lobbies and reception areas. It is a modular system of curved and straight single seat units, sofas, benches and tables that can be connected to create comfortable, flowing lounge and waiting areas.

The 90-degree and inline connecting tables can be used between single seat units, sofas and benches. When a work surface is required the freestanding pull-up desk can be used.

Connex’s construction is environmentally friendly, utilizing CFC-free fire retardant HR foam and low V.O.C. materials. The legs and arm supports are powder-coated steel.

Arconas provides public seating solutions for high impact waiting areas in government, healthcare, higher education, justice and transportation terminals. For more information, visit the Web site.
