Serafine, CPP, provides guidance in implementing a security system that balances both quality and value, the organization says.
Topics covered in the book include: developing a Request for Proposal, analyzing the pricing structures of potential vendors, meeting and touring with vendors and other steps necessary in implementing a value-based security program. In addition, the book provides practical advice on how to find the best fit between an organization and a security vendor.
