This new fourth edition takes a closer a look at the systems approach to safety management, serving as a companion book to Petersen’s “Safety Management—A Human Approach,” which centers on the behavioral approach to safety.
This new edition focuses on the safety performance of line supervisors, especially in regards to effectively measuring safety performance.
