March 13, 2002—UNICCO Service Company has received a contract to provide facilities services to Atlantic Union College (AUC) in Lancaster, MA.
Under the contract, UNICCO will provide housekeeping, maintenance and grounds keeping services for the college. In addition, UNICCO will assume the operation of the college’s private co-generation electrical power facility. UNICCO has also committed to AUC that it will manage its student workforce who will be conducting housekeeping, grounds and light maintenance work on campus.
UNICCO will consolidate all facilities services under a single management structure to more flexibly schedule workers across the campus. For more information, contact UNICCO.
