AVAs executive boardroom comfortably seats 10 and comes complete with equipment necessary to host a video teleconferencing meeting. The room was recently made available for rental at a rate of $1,200.00 per day, plus applicable phone charges.
A customer can also purchase a complete video teleconferencing system, with monitor and cart for $7,500.00 or rent it and have it delivered to a customer location for $900.00 per day.
