AvidXchange has launched Supplier Express, an e-commerce solution designed for regional suppliers with annual revenues under $25 million. AvidXchange also helps facilities managers and real estate organizations to create an online method of buying products and services from their suppliers and contractors.
AvidXchange will also provide suppliers software infrastructure/platform, email marketing campaign templates, catalog management services, technology implementation services, post-sales support and training, customer help desk support, and financial and transactional reports.
Some of the features available through Supplier Express include:
- Customized Private Catalogs—Web-based pricing catalogs created, hosted, and maintained by AvidXchange, will be available to a supplier’s individual customers.
- New Customer Opportunities—Access to AvidXchange’s network of property owners currently using this system to post request-for-proposals (RFPs) will enable suppliers to expand its customer base.
- Credit Financing Services—Through GE Capital, small suppliers can ensure that they receive timely payment from their customers when products are shipped.
