August 17, 2001—Bentley Systems has released Space Management Module for ActiveAsset Planner. The Space Management Module is part of a rapidly deployable space management solution that includes ActiveAsset Planner, a data model and report templates.
The Space Management Module data model is structured according to the standards of the Building Owners and Managers Association. It is standardized and suited to the needs of property owners and managers of commercial or industrial facilities.
ActiveAsset Planner enables facility owners and managers to get to key information quickly by graphically enabling corporate databases. Leveraging the power of MicroStation® and ProjectWise®, ActiveAsset Planner eliminates the constant effort of synchronizing dual databases that plagues other space management solutions.
