January 9, 2006—The British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) has added some enhancements to its Web site in recent months to provide easier access to more information and to improve the user experience. Related content is now listed alongside news, events, and documents. In addition, each piece of content on the site is now indexed by topic and, where appropriate, sub-topic, and can be searched directly using the Advanced Search on any page. Users can also choose the order in which they view postings to the forums.
Finally, BIFM committee members can now use a noticeboard for messages, and a restricted documents function for agendas, minutes, and reports.
