The British Institute of Facilities Management was delighted to welcome its 6000th member, Mr Gordon Hoey of Rosyth. Mr Hoey was admitted as an Associate member on 15th March. In November of 1999, BIFM celebrated its 200th Corporate Member, the Building Research Establishment (BRE).
