July 10, 2026–Engineered for the demands of high-traffic healthcare interiors, every fabric in the Bloomscape Collection is bleach-solution cleanable and exceeds industry durability standards. CFStinson explained that all of the coated fabrics were thoroughly tested for compatibility with myriad cleaners and disinfectants. All non-woven products are HC-201 Certified, which allows end users, specifiers and designers to identify products that have been designed specifically for healthcare.
Bloomscape also advances material innovation and sustainability for healthcare textiles. The five coated fabric patterns built on the Hyphyn platform deliver the performance of traditional vinyl while decomposing by 98% within two years in landfill conditions. Meanwhile, the Wildwood privacy curtain incorporates 54% post-consumer recycled polyester yarn, including 21% SEAQUAL YARN, making it SEAQUAL INITIATIVE Certified.

The sustainability story behind these products is noteworthy, and the TPE top coat-finish on one of the textiles was very intriguing and the first I’ve seen of this. The textiles are nice, but I think the patterned, coated textiles just fall within healthcare specification. I could appreciate the artistry behind the designs and how the sketches transformed into the textile patterns. The abstract visual on the privacy curtain was very nice.”Â
When creating Bloomscape, Lori Roop, director of design, and Lauren Kidwell, senior designer, CF Stinson Studio, envisioned a terrarium journey featuring wild blossoms, rain-soaked moss, chlorophyll greens and earthen pathways. Inspired by organic growth untamed, each textile speaks to textures and imagery of the natural world. Biophilic influences shape this organic collection for healing and restorative spaces.
Bloomscape delivers performance attributes that make a difference in demanding healing environments. From seating for a healthcare common area to recliners in the patient room, this group of diverse textiles can be used and interchanged to create beautiful spaces for healing.
High-performance vinyls are produced with Hyphyn, an embedded, patented enzyme that, when combined with a proprietary resin formulation, makes these materials biodegradable. The enzyme sits dormant while material is in use, giving it the same performance as traditional vinyl. Once the product reaches a landfill, anaerobic conditions foster material degradation.
All of the coated fabrics have been thoroughly tested for compatibility with a myriad of Cleaners and Disinfectants. Complete Cleaner and Disinfectant Compatibility is presented in a searchable database on cfstinson.com. “Bolded” items in the database have EPA Registration Numbers which appear on the EPA’s list of Disinfectants for use against SARS-Cov-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

Bloomscape checked all the boxes of durability that I could ask for in a healthcare setting. I would love to see more hospitality designs geared towards a hospitality aspect. In the future, it will be great to see TPE on other great designs by CFStinson.
