October 25, 2006—BMS Catastrophe (BMS CAT), a commercial and industrial property restoration company based in Fort Worth, Texas, is the latest organization to participate in the successful partnership program of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International with a $50,000 pledge to become a Cornerstone Partner.
Cornerstone Partners represent the highest level of investment an organization can make in supporting BOMA’s vital programs in advocacy, education, research and membership. BOMA International’s partnership program, developed in 2004, allows companies to invest in their own success and viability, as well as that of the industry. With three levels of participation—Cornerstone Partner ($50,000), Leadership Circle ($25,000) and Supporting Partner ($10,000)—the program has benefited industry organizations that offer a wide range of services to commercial real estate professionals, says BOMA.
BMS CAT was founded in 1981 and specializes in commercial and industrial property damage restoration following fires, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes and other catastrophic events. BMS CAT is able to restore structure and contents including documents and vital records, microfilm/microfiche, telecommunications, electronics as well as decontamination of mold, deodorization and dehumidification.
