BOMA International and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) will focus on a series of programs, such as initiatives to improve the industry and a review of programs and publications each offers. Action items proposed during meetings included presence of both organization at their respective conference, development of projects relating to operations and maintenance, design-build, and project delivery. Together they will continue to work on common issues such as ADA, building codes, taxes, and the environment.
