To let your tenants and owners know that you deliver exceptional service and exceptional performance, being rated by the BOMA Bond Rating certification program is an easy way to tell everyone that your building is the best in its class. According to BOMA, the program is indexed to your building’s performance in the “Experience Exchange Report,” the BOMA/CEL Tenant Satisfaction Service and its standardized building class definitions.
