USC/BOMA Executive Education courses provide non-degree, graduate-level education in management and finance, are scheduled this fall as follows:
- Developing Strategies and Building Effective Real Estate Organizations, September 14, 15, 16.
- Advanced Financial Analysis of Portfolio Assets, November 2, 3, 4.
Courses can be taken in 45 locations in the US and Canada, with San Diego recently added to that list. Most locations, says BOMA, are a “short drive” for most BOMA members, and the new schedule of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is more convenient than mid-week days.
Those who register for either course by August 18 will receive a free copy of BOMA’s newest publication, “Critical Connections: Partnering in the Information Age.” Based on a national survey, it explores technology’s impact on rents, NOI, building values, tenants’ needs, and tenants’ business operations, as well as important updates on telecommunications technology and providers. For detailed information on courses, fees, locations, and registration, visit http://www.boma.org/execedu (on-line registration is available), or call BOMA toll free at 1-877-335-1188.
