April 23, 2008—In a move to attract Generation Y into a career in commercial real estate, BOMA International has launched a new Careers in Real Estate Resource Center offering new career tools and resources such as articles and books, job descriptions, industry links and educational resources.
In addition to a myriad of career resources, the new BOMA Career Center showcases a video promoting Careers in Commercial Real Estate Management. The video is available on DVD and can be purchased at the BOMA bookstore.
This DVD, produced by BOMA/San Francisco, showcases the lives of commercial real estate young professionals and can be used as a recruiting tool, says BOMA.
To help connect employers and students, the BOMA Career Center, in partnership with SelectLeaders, offers a free internship jobs posting service where employers can post internship positions free of charge. The career center can be found online.
