February 3, 2006—The BRE (Building Research Establishment) in the UK has announced that Kent-based fire and security installation and maintenance firm MECE Fire and Security Ltd has recently gained BRE’s LPS 1014 certification for fire detection and alarm system firms.
The certification helps specifiers select reliable contractors and helps ensure fire protection systems are suitable for the risk they are required to manage.
