Bricsnet, a provider of owner-oriented, ASP-integrated technology and Associated Owners and Developers (AOD) announced late January that they are forming an alliance to focus on the information technology (IT) needs of commercial building owners. Specifically, the alliance will address commercial building owners’ demand for IT solutions that enable them to deploy their buildings faster and operate them more efficiently.
In keeping with AODs goal to create a more favorable business environment for owners and managers of real estate property, this alliance will aim to improve communication between members to maintain better business standards, practices, and values throughout the real estate industry.
