BtoB Magazine touts Armstrongs Web site for ease of use and navigability

September 4, 2002—Armstrong World Industries Commercial Floors and Ceiling Systems Web site is one of the ten best business-to-business Web sites in the country, according to BtoB Magazine. Each year, the editors of BtoB Magazine review approximately 800 sites and award points in five categories: quality and presentation of the information; ease of navigation; design; E-commerce, and extras. Armstrongs Web site received a score of 95 out of a possible 100 points. Details of the magazines sixth annual rankings are published in its August issue.

With Armstrongs redesigned Web site, customers can order product samples online. The site contains information about Armstrongs commercial ceiling systems, including metal, wood, mineral fiber and fiberglass, and commercial flooring product lines, including vinyl, linoleum and hardwood. Included among its new features are a streamlined sample and literature order process, and shorter on-line forms to create custom specifications.
