Cable and Wireless outsources to GVA Grimley in UK and Ireland

GVA Grimley has won a five-year contract with Cable & Wireless Global to manage C&W’s entire property portfolio in the UK and Ireland, including approximately 800 properties totaling nearly 150,000 sq. m. The international property adviser, which has a longstanding relationship with C&W, will provide a total estate management service in order to deliver commercial best practice, lower C&W’s property costs, and provide strategic advice to keep the company’s future physical needs aligned with corporate strategy. Members of the C&W property team will transfer to GVA Grimley under TUPE.
