April 5, 2004—CAD Group has signed a merger agreement with Hagerman & Company, Inc. covering its Autodesk business and customers. All of CAD Groups Autodesk customers and related contracts will transfer to Hagerman as of April 1, 2004. All of CAD Groups Autodesk-related employees have been offered positions with Hagerman.
CAD Group operates authorized Autodesk locations in Charleston, Missouri, St. Louis, Nashville, and Memphis. The company is authorized for all of Autodesks design solutions lines, including mechanical, infrastructure, and architectural.
Hagerman & Company, Inc. operates authorized Autodesk facilities in Mt. Zion, Illinois, Schaumburg, St. Louis, and Indianapolis. Hagerman will maintain all of the Autodesk authorizations formerly held by CAD Group.
As a result of the merger, Hagerman will open new Autodesk-authorized offices in Nashville and Memphis, at the locations formerly operated by CAD Group. CAD Groups former customers in St. Louis and Charleston will be served by Hagermans current St. Louis facility.
