Camfil Farr proven best in experiments at Oklahoma State University

June 7, 2006—Oklahoma State University did tests to determine which of a selection of four air filters would perform best and cost the least to operate in OSU’s HVAC systems.

The test concluded that, of four types of pre-filters studied, the Camfil Farr 30/30 lasts twice as long or longer and will save OSU up to $40 per year per filter in energy usage, according to Camfil Far.

After 1800 hours of continuous testing, the only filter capable of continuing was the 30/30 filter, a rugged, medium efficiency pleated panel filter that uses a cotton/synthetic blend media. For more information, visit the Camfil Farr Web site.
