The school district selected softWrench and Maximo because of their robust functionality and ease of use. softWrench allows everyone at the school district to submit work requests via their internet browser. This provides the facility staff with accurate location and request information, so they can get to the site quickly with the right tools the first time.
MAXIMO provides the back end system which allows operators and management to keep track of all facility related information from warranty information to Preventative Maintenance scheduling for extended equipment life. All of the information in softWrench and MAXIMO can be quickly queried and reports made available to management to make informed decisions.
