Under a 1.75m three-year service contract, UK-based Clerical Medical will begin outsourcing it facilities management services to Honeywells Enterprise Service Solutions. Honeywell will provide services such as facilities management, M&E maintenance, project management, and a customer help desk at Clerical Medicals two head office buildings in Bristol and Clevedon. Clerical Medical chose to outsource its FM services in order to gain the expertise of a big company that specializes in facilities management, rather than relying on its own limited resources, said the companys general manager for special projects, Andy Harrison.
