With a simple touch to the kiosk screen, the user is connected to a live subject-matter expert who appears on the screen to engage in a one-on-one interactive conversation, as if they were in the same room. By creating a video driven, customized, live help desk, organizations can ensure that information is delivered in a consistent and controlled manner. The solution is ideal for retail, property management or general support applications.

Live Help Kiosks are available in a variety of styles including stand-up, wall mount and desktop, for both indoor and outdoor applications. Each kiosk is configured with a computer, LCD, speakers, microphone, camera, and touchscreen. Additional options such as wireless, barcode scanner, keyboard and printer are also available.
