August 1, 2003—ComCam, Inc. has announced a product development and sales venture with Beacon Products of Sarasota, Florida, a manufacturer of decorative lighting fixtures.
According to Don Gilbreath, President of ComCam, “This system essentially transforms decorative lighting into a wireless, IP-addressable reporting device with video.” ComCam is a leading pioneer of IP-enabled fixed and mobile digital video server technology including integrated IP cameras supporting a variety of storage viewing options including PDA’s, cell phones and PC’s. The Company’s ComCam-10 “client-server-in-a-camera” series offers a “smart feature set” and has been deployed and used by U.S. government agencies, CCTV dealers, commercial sales partners, and customers worldwide.
