January 4, 2010—Design Materials, a leading commercial flooring agency serving the Western and Southwestern regions of the United States, announced plans to expand into Arizona and New Mexico as well as throughout Southern California.
Ed Taube has been named Territory Manager for Arizona and New Mexico, and Vice President of Operations Michael Mudie now adds Sales responsibilities to his continued role overseeing internal management of the agency.
Mudie will assume his sales role as Territory Manager of San Bernardino and Riverside counties. In addition, the Design Materials sales reach expands to new key markets in Arizona and New Mexico with the appointment of Taube who brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge across all areas of commercial flooring on both the manufacturer and distributor side. Taube’s unique background includes architectural and contractor sales, estimating, project management, installation and repair, enabling him to offer a broad scope of services to clients.
