CoreNet Global presents 2005 UK corporate real estate awards

March 4, 2005—The ninth annual Corporate Real Estate Awards were presented by CoreNet Global UK in London recently. The Innovation in Real Estate award went to the Royal Bank of Scotland/Compass Group for the introduction of the “front of house” service model that aims to optimize the quality of service delivery and cost efficiency through defined standards. The model has been applied to more than 120 UK sites to date with significant benefits including cost savings with minimum disruption, accurate management information, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

The Corporate Real Estate Partner of the Year was Andrew Chadwick of Chadwick International for his transformation of the Salvation Armys 101 Queen Victoria Street headquarters from a traditional closed building to one that is space-conscious and transparent, with high tech and communications facilities.
