November 6, 2006—Two spot-removers and two presprays are the latest products to join the Carpet and Rug Institute’s (CRI) Seal of Approval (SOA) family as word continues to spread that some carpet manufacturers have made a decision to tie carpet warranties to the use of CRI SOA-approved products.
Hollytex Spot Remover and Crystal Spotter are the two new spot removers and join Stay Clean Antisoil and Bonitz presprays as cleaning solutions that are rated among the best on the market.
Hollytex Spot remover is manufactured by Beaulieu of America, which is headquartered in Dalton, GA., while Crystal Spotter is manufactured by RE Whittaker Company in New Castle, PA. Stay Clean Antisoil is made by The Bullen Companies, Inc., headquartered in Folcroft, PA, and Bonitz is made by the Bonitz Flooring Group out of Greenville, SC.
Each product passed a series of stringent tests performed by an independent laboratory in order to make the list of cleaning solutions.
