September 10, 2003—Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) has announced today that its Enforcement, Security, and Intelligence (ESI) organization has won several recent intelligence and law enforcement community systems integration and consulting contracts, bringing more than $170 million in new awards to CSC. The agreements, which vary in duration, range in value from $100,000 to more than $100 million.
ESI was created in the summer of 2002 as a part of CSC’s Federal Sector business unit, to support programs enhancing the US national security posture. Customers include the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Justice, and the US intelligence community. Current client programs focus on enterprise resource planning, enterprise management systems, information operations and assurance development, information technology (IT) support, systems engineering, and customer relationship management.
