Cushman & Wakefield Take on Lucent FM

Cushman and Wakefield will manage the facility management, accounting, and project management services for Lucent Technologies in the UK and Netherlands. Involved are about 204,000 sq.m. and 51 properties that are either leased or owned by Lucent in the two countries. The Lucent portfolio will be under the management of Michael Swanstrom, who transferred to London from C&W’s Asset Services group in New York.
