Cushman & Wakefield’s online procurement partner Zeborg has joined with FacilityPro.com to form an end-to-end procurement services solution for the $190 billion facilities operations market. This alliance aims to offer property and facilities managers reduced operating costs, improved property management personnel efficiency, and greater visibility into the complete maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) spend. Clients will also receive reports on their purchasing performance to help them gain greater on-going control over their spending patterns.
C&W, which manages 325 million sq. ft. of commercial space worldwide, claims to be the first real estate services firm to offer its clients this comprehensive procurement solution. FacilityPro.com currently manages the procurement for more than 404 sq. ft. of commercial space. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
