A waterfall of perfectly shaped pearls cascade down the user’s back, but invisibly and without sound, while the user is sitting at a desk or in a long meeting. The Pearl Swing mechanism, built into the back of many of Dauphin’s seating lines. All models provide active ergonomic seating using either Dauphin’s patented SyncroBalance of FluidMotion technology and have muscular backrests by Design Office/Kerstin Hagge, Alfred Puchta.
This innovative technology, says Dauphin North America, not only helps prevent back and spinal problems caused by static seating, but also promotes good health as it stimulates the central nervous system, blood circulation and muscle, tendon, and joint receptors.
The Pearl Swing mechanism generates three-dimensional oscillations or “swings” that are targeted over the back, but radiate relaxation throughout the body. To operate, the user sits back in the chair, push the “On” button, adjust the oscillation frequency and the massage begins. A single “treatment” takes 10-12 minutes and switches off automatically.
