December Ecobuild and AEC-ST conference to focus on sustainable construction

October 3, 2007—This year’s Ecobuild Fall and AEC-ST Fall will focus on the latest green and sustainable building products, technologies, developments, and services, as well as IT solutions to help AEC professionals better design, specify, and manage their projects, organizers say.

The three-day conference, December 10 through 13 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., will cover issues ranging from Facilities Management & Intelligent Buildings to Green Mechanical/Electrical Systems & Operation.

P3, a conference and exhibit on IT innovation for the Process, Power & Plant Project Lifecycle sponsored by AECnews, CADCAMNet and nextPLANT, will be co-located at the site. This new event offers process and power plant designers, owners, and operators an opportunity to maximize the benefits of information technology. Educational sessions focus on the bang-for-the-buck pressure points where IT can do the most to improve project and operations performance.

For more information on the conference, visit the Web site. FMLink is a participating publication for the show. There is free Exhibit Hall and keynote address admission if you use the promotion code: HSEOC.
