July 18, 2003—Dell has added three new printers to their line of office printer solutions designed to save time and money. The inexpensive All-In-One Printer A920 and the fast-printing Dell Personal Inkjet Printer J740 are designed specifically for the small office, whereas the “lightning-fast” Dell Workgroup Laser M5200n Printer is designed to meet the needs of high-volume networked groups. Dell says that, like the company’s existing models, the new printers are color matched to Dell computers, are simple and easy to install, and produce sharp, high-quality print copy.
Additionally, each printer includes the Dell Ink/Toner Management System that warns when ink or toner levels are low and guides the user to the Dell Web site to order additional cartridges. The system also remembers the printer model and cartridge requirements as well as individual billing and shipping information. An order can also be placed by telephone.
