Examples include building commissioning, energy-efficient lighting, CO2 monitoring for outside air makeup controls, VFDs, recycling programs, and many more.

Compare your energy consumption cost-per-unit-area to those of others

See a chart showing only those buildings to which you want your building compared (based on a series of filters that you select, such as building location, type of building, and over 20 more). The chart identifies your building, and automatically assigns it to one of four quartiles, based on cost-per-unit area for each utility. Then see which best practices others in your quartile have implemented and compare them to what you have done.
